    • Hearing and Vision checks on Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade, and 7th, 9th, and 11th grades, vision for drivers ed students in the 8th grade.

    A KAN Be Healthy Medical check-up includes:

     
    1.  A complete health history.
    2.  A physical exam with a growth and diet check.
    3.  Appropriate shots according to age and health history.
    4.  Health tips for both parents and children.

     
    KAN Be Healthy Medical check-ups are due at:
    Birth,1,2,4,6,9,12,15,18 and 24 months; then every year until age 6; then every 2 years through age 20.

     
    Your medical card will show you when the next  KAN Be Healthy Medical Screen is due.

     

  • Family Planning

    • Pill pickup site

    • Pregnancy testing

     

  • WIC – Women, Infant, Children (to age 5) Nutrition Program

    • Height/Weight checks

    • Hemoglobin

    • Hi-risk and Secondary Nutrition Ed Classes
